Restaurants

Moraira has a large variety of restaurants. In the overview here on the right side we've only listed those restaurants we have been ourselves. There are a couple more that are on our list of visiting and we do only list restaurants that are to our opinion valuable recommending.

Supermarkets

A very comfortable supermarket close to our house is Pepe la Sal (3,4km). It has a fairly luxury range and offers good quality, obviously not the cheapest option in the area. A very good option offering quality combined with average prices is Masymas, also quite close to our house (4,2km). For lovers of bio-food Moraira offers a very nice shop run by a German-lady who offers bio, vegetarian and vegan products, named BioLaden.

Sports & Leisure

For tourists there are plenty of sports possibilities in and around Moraira. Benissa has a beautiful golf-course inside town, and in Javéa there's a fantastic 18-hole course real golf addicts must play. Tennis and padel players can easily rent a court, for padel there's a very good option available from the local municipality, which is located in the centre of Moraira. Also water-fanatics can make great fun: water-ski, snorkeling or scuba-diving, it can all be done. For those looking to stay fit, there are more than enough Gym's in the village, for personal work-outs or fitness-classes and the majority have very reasonable rates. In the right section here some local addresses to directly book your sports activity. The lovely nature of the MontGo is an excellent spot to have walks with great views, or explore by mountain bike.

Banks

Moraira has plenty of banks and all of these banks offer cash-withdrawals. From our house the nearest bank you can visit is Deutsche Bank, which is located on the Carretera Moraira a Calpe, 200 in Moraira (4,6km from our house). All other banks close by can be found in Moraira's city centre.

Travel & Transportation

In the overview on the right, you find a couple of useful phone numbers to get to our house address. Obviously, there are more options to get there, but in case of traveling by public transport these should be able to bring you to where you need to be.

Moraira's main beach, right in front of the village centre and central promenade, is Playa la Ampolla. This is Moraira's largest, sandy beach and offers an easy, rockless entry in the sea. This is why this beach is especially suitable friendly for children and families.
